Please arrange for food as per necessity, as no food will be arranged at event. ๐ฌ After registration, youโll receive a WhatsApp group link on the Thank You page. Policies
Booking, Eligibility & Participation Terms 1. Booking Policy - Advance registration is mandatory to participate in this program. - Your spot is confirmed only upon successful payment. - All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of reason. - Participation is limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Eligibility Policy - This program is strictly limited to individuals who have previously performed the Spiral Surya Namaskar. - If you have not participated in Spiral Surya Namaskar, please do not register. - Eligibility will be verified, and any ineligible registrations can be denied without refund. 3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy - Participant cancellations will not result in a refund or future credit, as per discretion of S N Foundation team. - No-shows will be considered as attended and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. - In case of organizer-initiated cancellation, an alternative session or credit may be provided at the discretion of the organizers. 4. Performance Terms - The final performance will be held on-ground on provided date. - The final performance will be done with mats. Participants to carry on their own. In case, it is mat is not to be used, prior notification will be provided. 5. General Notes - Please ensure punctuality and full commitment during training and performance. - Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person, program, or date. - S N FOUNDATION reserves the right to modify or merge sessions if participation is below minimum threshold.
