What to expect?
This 3-day Pre Natal, Post Natal & Garbha Sanskar Workshop is specially designed for ladies to understand the importance of yoga, wellness, and healthy practices during pregnancy and motherhood. The workshop will provide both introductory knowledge and detailed guidance through practical sessions and theoretical presentations. Participants will learn about physical and mental care during pregnancy, safe yoga practices, breathing and relaxation techniques, post-delivery recovery, and the importance of Garbha Sanskar for the healthy development of mother and baby. This program aims to create awareness, confidence, and positivity during this beautiful journey of motherhood. The workshop will be conducted by certified expert teachers with proper guidance and care.
Policies
Workshop Policy – Prenatal, Postnatal & Garbha Sanskar 1. Booking & Eligibility Advance registration is required; admission is on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Open to expectant mothers, new mothers, couples planning conception, and those interested in Garbha Sanskar practices. Each booking is valid for one participant. 2. Fees The workshop fee is ₹100 per participant. No refunds, no reschedules, and no transfers under any circumstances. 3. Attendance Regular attendance is encouraged to benefit fully from the sessions. Please inform the team in case of medical or family emergencies affecting attendance, though fees remain non‑refundable. 4. Workshop Content Sessions include prenatal yoga, postnatal recovery practices, and Garbha Sanskar guidance. Topics cover safe yoga during pregnancy, holistic nurturing, and parenting support. Participants are expected to follow instructor guidance and disclose any medical conditions. 5. Health & Safety Intake forms and waivers must be completed honestly. Participants should consult their doctor before joining if they have high‑risk pregnancies or postnatal complications. The organization reserves the right to discontinue participation if medical concerns are identified. Participant Declaration By registering, I confirm that: I have provided accurate personal and health details in the registration form. I will follow the guidelines and instructions of the workshop facilitators. I understand that the ₹100 fee is non‑refundable, non‑reschedulable, and non‑transferable. I accept that participation is at my own responsibility, and I will consult my doctor if needed. I agree to abide by all rules and policies of the workshop.
