Online Yoga Classes 1.0 For Beginners

Amidst the stillness of a world brought to a standstill by the pandemic, the need for physical and mental well-being became more important than ever. With each individual confined to their home, the 108 SN team realized the need to connect and engage with a global community. Thus, the team took a leap towards a hybrid mode of yoga and started conducting online classes.

This soon turned into a beautiful initiative of building a virtual global community. The online yoga classes not only connected people within Vadodara but also with those in other cities and countries. The team's objective was to promote physical, mental, and social well-being while generating positivity and bringing positive change in the community.

The online yoga classes teach the basics of yoga, catering to anyone and everyone with or without prior knowledge of Yoga. The focus is on flexibility, with micro exercises aimed at improving awareness of one's body and its strength. The classes provide a perfect opportunity for individuals to start their journey towards a healthy lifestyle and be a part of a global community striving towards the same goal.

As people join in from all over the world, the virtual community created a sense of togetherness and support. Participants could connect with each other, share their experiences, and encourage each other to keep practicing. This sense of community and support helped people feel less isolated and more connected to others, even during a time of social distancing.

The online yoga classes also offer the opportunity for participants to explore different aspects of yoga, such as pranayama (breathing exercises). These practices help participants cultivate a deeper awareness of their body, mind, and emotions, and develop tools for managing stress and anxiety.

Through their innovative approach to yoga and community-building, the 108 SN team has shown that even during challenging times, it is possible to create positive change and connect with others in meaningful ways.
